The FBD Retail Excellence Ireland Awards Company of the Year shortlist announced
Today, 1st October, 2008, 9 companies were shortlisted in the Company of the Year category for the 2008 FBD Retail Excellence Ireland Awards, the largest retail awards programme in the country, boasting over 450 entries annually. According to the latest CSO figures the value of retails sales in Ireland comes to €30.61 billion. Retail Excellence Ireland can also reveal that 11% of the working population are employed in the retail industry.

The 2008 Retail Excellence Ireland Awards are being held at the Lyrath Estate Hotel, Kilkenny on 15th November 2008 and will be hosted by RTE presenter Miriam O’Callaghan.
